Games Fee & Super Pass
GAMES FEE
Athletes will pay a $20 Games fee to compete in the USA Masters Games. The Games fee includes an athlete credential, entry into Opening Ceremony and the VIP reception, commemorative pin, discounts around Grand Rapids, entry into USA Masters Games social events and more.
SUPER PASS
Guests of athletes can purchase a Super Pass to join athletes at the special events. The super pass will include the credential, entry into Opening Ceremony and the VIP reception, commemorative pin, discounts around Grand Rapids, and entry in social events.
The athlete check in below is not required to compete in your events.
Athlete Check-in
Athlete do not need to stop by athlete check-in before they compete. Please note our building is located at 300 Ottawa Ave, but you will need to enter into the building on Ionia Ave.
Thursday 9 am to 5 pm located at 300 Ottawa Ave Suite 240 Grand Rapids, MI 49503
Friday 9 am to noon located at 300 Ottawa Ave Suite 240 Grand Rapids, MI 49503
Friday 5 pm to 7 pm located at the Meijer Sports Complex 3300 10 Mile Rd NE Rockford, MI 49341 (Opening Ceremony venue)
Saturday 9 am to 4 pm: Call when you arrive at 300 Ottawa Ave Suite 240 Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
Saturday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm: At the Saturday Social at the West Michigan Whitecaps. Check-in will take place outside of Gate C. You will need to stop by the table outside of Gate C to get your ticket.
Sunday: Call for an appointment at 300 Ottawa Ave Suite 240 Grand Rapids, MI 49503
Athlete check in will take place at the offices of the West Michigan Sports Commission. The offices are located between two one-way streets (Ottawa Ave and Ionia Ave) and can be accessed from both streets.
Discounts
Grand Rapids rolls out the red carpet for sport event attendees! We’ve arranged discounts at a number of local restaurants, attractions and other businesses to help you truly experience the city while you’re here. These savings are not available to the general public – they’re our way of saying thank you for making the trip to Grand Rapids. More information on getting the discount will be available to athletes that have paid the Games Fee or those that purchased a Super Pass.
VIP Reception at Opening Ceremony
USA Masters Games athletes are invited to a pre-Opening Ceremony reception. The USA Masters Games fee gets athletes into this pre-Opening Ceremony reception to network with their fellow USA Masters Games athletes and enjoy some appetizers and drinks. Non-athletes can attend the reception by purchasing a Super Pass.
When: Friday, June 25 at 6:30 pm (Opening Ceremony starts at 7:30 pm)

SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL
USA Masters Games athletes will have the chance to enjoy a West Michigan Whitecaps baseball game on Saturday night! Athletes will enjoy complimentary food, one drink ticket, and exclusive access to the USA Masters Games seating area. The West Michigan Whitecaps are the Advanced A Affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. Athletes that RSVP’ed to the Saturday Night Social will park in the Outfield Lot at LMCU Ballpark and check in at Gate C.
